Nuvell Community Giveaway — Terms of Participation

 

1. Who Can Join?

· The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Europe and North America.

· Employees of Nuvell Technology and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Duration

· The Giveaway will begin on September 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM CEST and end on September 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM CEST.

· To qualify, participants should follow the steps below and receive 10 or more valid likes on their posts by September 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM CEST.

3. How to Participate

Participants should:

1. create and publish an original post on Instagram or Facebook related to the Nuvell Community campaign.

2. follow @nuvell_global on Instagram.

3. tag @nuvell_global in the post.

4. include hashtags #Nuvell and #CreateYourProtein.

5. ensure that the post is publicly visible and remains available during the Giveaway Duration.

6. receive 10 or more likes on the post during the Giveaway Duration.

Participants do not need to buy any products to participate in this event.

4. Prize & Winner Selection

· Participants who complete the above steps will be entered into a random draw for a Nuvell Gift Box.

· We're giving away 10 Gift Boxes in total, each valued at approximately €49.

· Each participant may win one Gift Box only.

· Winners will be notified via email within 3 days after the Giveaway Duration ends.

· Winners must reply within 3 days on receipt of the notification email. If we don’t hear back from a selected winner within 3 days of our email, or if a selected winner provides inaccurate information, or is found to be ineligible, Nuvell will pick a replacement winner.

· Prizes can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or swapped for a different item. In the unlikely event a prize becomes unavailable, we'll offer a substitute of equal or greater value.

5. Prize Delivery

· The Giveaway is open only to residents of [Europe and North America].

· Gift Box delivery is available only in [Europe and North America] where Nuvell is able to provide delivery.

· Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges associated with receiving the prize shall be borne by the winner.

· Nuvell is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures.

6. Valid Engagement & Fair Play

· Likes must be genuine and come from real people - no bots, no paid engagement and no "engagement pods".

· We reserve the right to disqualify any post or participant that we believe has used artificial or deceptive methods to inflate engagement.

· We may verify engagement before confirming your eligibility.

7. Instagram / Facebook Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

8. Privacy
